Accidentally bumped into the Louvre while walking

Accidentally bumped into the Louvre while walking to somewhere completely different. Was following a French revolution walking tour on an app - it should have taken about 2 hours but we did it in 5! Step counter hit 32k and I have blisters to show for it. Had the best of times.

Traditional walk by the sea done (oh my word, it's cold and windy out there!) and now to settle down to a few board games indoors.

Back in the soggy UK after a beautiful few days in

Back in the soggy UK after a beautiful few days in Girona. Renewing my passport this year was one of the best decisions - I've seen some gorgeous places (all that I had never visited before) and have fallen even more in love with our little planet.

I've spent the last few days exploring the medieval town (including ticking off GOT locations), finding little cafes with the best coffee (and pastries) and generally walking until my feet could take no more. Perfect!
